Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this Account Loyalty Officer role are :
- Call customers to ensure their renewal license
- Send and follow up renewal invoices
- Answering all customer questions by phone or e-mail
- Sell new packages
- Prospecting for new customers
- Work on CRM software for payments and billing follow-up
- Follow-up, update and renew files
- Help any other department in need
Qualifications
What you need to apply to this loyalty agent role:
- Experience in customer service (on the phone would be an asset)
- Good active listening skills
- innate versatility and attention to detail
- Fluent French and advanced intermediate English
- Experience with SAP or CRM software would be a strong asset
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to multi-task
