Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all communications from sales agents, suppliers, and end-users, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the supplier and sales team, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues related to product approvals, additional fees, sample orders, and production of custom samples.
  • Verify the accuracy of supplier receipts and note confirmation in the system in a timely manner.
  • Research products for sales agents and prepare official quotes, as needed. Assist sales associates with creative sales ideas.
  • Attend various internal and external trade shows and product information sessions.
  • Establish priorities and organize effectively to maximize time usage and meet workload demands.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, motivation, and compassion.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Post-secondary diploma (consideration may be given for relevant work experience).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer service is required for this role. We will provide training in the promotional products industry.
