Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Diploma of Secondary Education (DES)
- 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
