**Job Description**:
**Salary starting at $20.00/Hour + commission**
**Permanent full-time position**
**Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday**

As a Specialized purchasing agent at Kenny U-Pull, you will be the first point of contact with our clients looking to sell their car with us.
Reporting to the call center supervisor, you will have the pleasure of:

- Answer incoming customer calls
- Take the time to understand the specific needs of our customers and offer personalized solutions
- Explain our unique business model and highlight its benefits.
- Negotiate and close car sales with sales goals and customer satisfaction in mind.
- Follow up on pending requests and individual customers

**Qualifications**:

- ** Functional bilingualism (French and English)**:

- One year experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Interest in the automotive field.
