Develop and nurture business relationships by offering solutions for IBM to achieve strategic and financial objectives. Spend at least 50% of time in field, engaging with customers and vendors to maintain relationships and offer value-added solutions. Execute strategic customer growth plans and foster business relationships in assigned accounts by delivering value-added solutions. Achieve sales results by growing business within assigned focus customers and closing multi-year sales proposals. Execute vendor initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert on assigned vendor's brand, technology solutions, and program offerings. Create reports and presentations, delivering them at customer sites. Advocate TD SYNNEX's High-Growth value propositions to customers, including Cloud, Data, IoT etc. Identify product demand opportunities, coordinate seminars, training, and resource awareness for customers to drive growth. Analyze program impact for customers and communicate success, issues, and growth strategies to Account Manager. Work with largest and most complex accounts to drive company benefits and maintain knowledge of supplier product market. May mentor junior team members. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
