SwiftCore Tech is a software development company based in Canada, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive revenue growth initiatives, generate new sales, and market SwiftCore Tech's flagship product, VibeWith (a social networking app that connects Canadians based on shared interests and communities).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and form strategic partnerships
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Market and promote VibeWith through digital marketing and social media management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong grant writing and contract bidding skills
- Ability to be proactive and multitask
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

- Base salary + commission

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
