Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $22-$30 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your areas of responsibility:

The Customer Order Management Representative will support the sales team by handling the entire order-to-cash process. This is a fast-paced position where agility and time management skills are critical. This includes taking incoming calls from our customers, account managers, and ware-house/manufacturing staff; processing orders, researching, and resolving customer complaints and inquiries; communicating pricing variances with customers and sales teams; working as a liaison for purchasing, manufacturing and sales teams; communicating order status to customers and sales teams. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Order Fulfillment: Receiving and processing sales orders for our customers to ensure we fulfill our orders On Time and In Full.
  • Assists in setting up new customer accounts.
  • Sets up and maintains customer master data.
  • Handles pricing administration and item proposals.
  • Communicates pricing variances to customers and sales team.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Canadian sales teams.
  • Processes return authorizations & requests for credit.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • HS diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Bilingual in both French and English is required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an industrial/ manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, manipulation of data, formatting).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide a consistently high level of service to our clients and distributors, to build, maintain and grow long-term customer relationships.
  • Efficiently work with clients, account managers, credit, supply chain and various stakeholders to accurately document and successfully fulfill customer requirements. Effective time management and organizational skills .
  • Attention to detail: executing and completing a task with a high level of accuracy.
  • The ability to make decisions and take ownership to service the customer.
  • Displays a sense of urgency and works well under pressure.
  • ERP experience required. SAP is highly desired.
  • Experience with 3rd Party customer portals such as: Ariba.
  • Expected shift coverage could span 7:30 am – 7:30 pm (ET) / 6:30 am – 4:30 pm (PT) .
