Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage office organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Deflect calls to the sales team, allowing them to focus on sales and revenue growth.
- Train team members on new initiatives related to service, billing, and claims.
- Follow up on claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Pivot to other lines of business, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Order office and marketing supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and professional environment.
- Sell insurance products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Total compensation package, including salary and commission.
- Annual retention bonus and monthly/quarterly team promotions and bonuses.
- Three weeks of vacation time.
- Health and dental benefits after three months of employment.
- RRSP match program.
- Technology, including a laptop.
- Flexibility and potential for compensation over $50,000.
OTL and LLQP licenses are required, but we will provide training and support to ensure your success.
