As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join their team in Calgary.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the oil and gas sector, with a strong focus on drilling services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in oil and gas sales, coupled with deep-rooted relationships within the drilling community. This role demands an individual who is not only knowledgeable about the industry but also passionate about fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oilfield services sector, particularly within drilling.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including drilling contractors, operators, and service companies.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the oil and gas industry.Extensive knowledge of the oilfield services sector, with a strong emphasis on drilling.Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management in the oil and gas industry.Established network of contacts within the drilling community.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Why Join Us
