Our client is a fast-growing AI-software company that is looking to grow its Sales team. They are committed to providing clients with exceptional service and innovative solutions that meet their unique needs. As a business development representative, you will play a critical role in growth and success by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development representative to join this team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process from lead generation to close
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Familiarity with SaaS or Technology and its key players is a plus
