We are changing the way people buy and service cars one dealership at a time. In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. Each month we welcome hundreds of new users to our software platform, and we need your help.
We are unique in the industry because we view our customers as business partners, technology innovators, and friends. Our software can run all aspects of an automotive dealership with sales, service, inventory management, and accounting modules.
While specific roles are posted, PBS is always open to pivoting with quality people and adding to the team based on your skills and the needs of our customers. PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Services Support Team. As a Service Support Analyst, you will provide phone/online support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to travel across North America to provide onsite support.

Provide excellent software support to our end users
Support and troubleshoot issues for the service desk
Improve new or existing processes within the department to enhance service delivery
Respond to both internal and external support requests in a fast-paced environment
Cross train to further your software knowledge and professional development skills
Automotive dealership experience is an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
Available to work Saturday, and/or Sunday due to scheduled travel
