Minimum Education and work experience:

  • Completion of High School.
  • A minimum of 2-3-years of experience working in a similar role.

Skills, Knowledge and Required Competencies:

  • Willing to work 6 days in shifts (Early Morning, afternoon, evening, night) and weekends as per organizational requirements.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong Team player.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who shall be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare, edit and proof-read correspondence, invoices, forms and other related materials or documents.
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of the senior management.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Determine and establish office procedures.
  • Greet visitors, ascertain their nature of business and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Develop and manage client contracts and documentation.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.
  • Organize and co-ordinate meeting and conferences.
