Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Daily verification
  • Actively participate in sales efforts by identifying opportunities and recommending products according to customer needs
  • Participate in sales activities, promotions, and special events
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to customer service and sales

Profile:

  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a role combining administrative responsibilities, customer service, and sales (asset)
  • Knowledge of GS1 system (asset)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) both written and oral
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
  • Customer service-oriented approach and proactive problem-solving
