Formation et expérience :
Bilingue tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français, anglais);
Excellente aptitude à fournir un service à la clientèle hors pair;
Connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS Office;
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaire; ou Diplôme d’études secondaires et un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience de travail.

Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire a Customer Care Agent to join our team Reporting to the Agency Manager, as a Customer Care Agent, you excel at customer service and provide superior service and solutions to our customers. The Customer Care Agent takes the "You’re in Good Hands" philosophy and makes it real – delivering on our promises to customers everyday.
Role Designation: Hybrid 1-2 days in Office
Order and manage inventory of office supplies as required
Provide support with expense reporting as required;
Be the first point of contact for customers and service their needs.
1-3 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
~ Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office
~ Must have an AMF license or be willing to obtain
~ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
~ Prior experience in inside or outside sales is an asset
~ Prior insurance experience is an asset
