**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Mitten Building Products is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our customer service / sales department. Reporting to the Branch Manager / Operational Lead, the Inside Sales / Customer Service for supporting the sales team and corporate sales initiatives through a variety of administrative, clerical, and customer service functions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors and respond to any questions, visitors have
- Assist customers and sales reps with all inquiries regarding product, shipping, guidelines, warranty, etc.
- Responsible for servicing customers directly by telephone, mail, fax or over the counter.
- Communicate with Marketing and Pricing Departments regarding customer pricing issues.
- Regularly communicate by telephone to sales staff, Allied Dept., Marketing Dept, and Credit Department on inquiries, and to assist in facilitating orders for shipping and pick-up.
- Handling money re: cash sales, etc.
- Prepare daily schedule of orders and distribute to branch warehouse staff.
- Communicate with warehouse regarding shipping errors and discrepancies.
- Deal with any issues resulting from delivery, i.e. late shipment, shortages, damaged product.
- Order entry of customer orders.
- Process credits/invoices for customers when required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 - 3 years prior experience in a similar role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of knowledge of Shop Edge system
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

**APERÇU DU POSTE**

Mitten Building Products est à la recherche d'un **representant(e) du service à la clientèle/ventes internes** très motivé pour se joindre à notre service à la clientèle et à notre service des ventes. Reportant au responsable d'agence/responsable opérationnel, le représentant des ventes internes / service à la clientèle soutient l'équipe de vente et les initiatives de vente de l'entreprise par le biais d'une variété de fonctions administratives, de bureau et de service à la clientèle.

**Responsabilités**
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les diriger de manière polie et amicale.
- Accueillir les visiteurs et répondre à leurs questions.
- Aider les clients et les représentants des ventes à répondre à toutes les questions concernant les produits, l'expédition, les directives, la garantie, etc.
- Assurer un service direct aux clients par téléphone, courrier, fax ou au comptoir.
- Communiquer avec les services de marketing et de tarification concernant les questions de tarification des clients.
- Communiquer régulièrement par téléphone avec le personnel de vente, le département allié, le département marketing et le département crédit pour répondre aux demandes de renseignements et faciliter les commandes pour l'expédition et l'enlèvement.
- Manipuler l'argent: ventes au comptant, etc.
- Préparer le calendrier quotidien des commandes et le distribuer au personnel de l'entrepôt de la succursale.
- Communiquer avec l'entrepôt en ce qui concerne les erreurs d'expédition et les divergences.
- Traiter tous les problèmes résultant de la livraison, c'est-à-dire les retards de livraison, les manques et les produits endommagés.
- Saisir les commandes des clients.
- Traiter les crédits/factures pour les clients, le cas échéant.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Connaissance approfondie du système Shop Edge.
- Connaissance de l'informatique, notamment de Microsoft Word, Excel, du courrier électronique, etc.
- Souci du détail dans tous les domaines de travail.
- Bonne capacité d'organisation, de gestion du temps et d'établissement des priorités.
- Forte éthique de travail et attitude positive au sein de l'équipe.
