We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to support our Sales and Customer Service department.

**What you'd do**:
Help our customers get what they need, quickly and professionally, while leading your team to greater sales success.

**More details of what you'd do**:

- Track orders from the initial purchase all the way to delivery.
- Help establish production schedules by coordinating with customers and internal departments at Canfab such as logistics, production, quality, and shipping and receiving.
- Assist customers with problems related to their orders, pending or completed transactions, quality concerns, and deliveries.
- Maintain organised and detailed records and files, including customer interactions and details of actions taken.
- Provide general data entry and administrative support to the Sales and Customer Service department.
- Train new employees on company software and sales techniques.
- Delegate tasks and customer inquiries to appropriate coordinators.
- Resolve disputes between team members.
- Communicate inter-departmentally regarding sales targets, QC issues, customer queries, and more.
- Develop new sales strategies, generate leads, build sustainable relationships, and report on results.
- Analyse sales statistics to determine the performance of products and sales personnel.

**What experience and education you need**:

- **Professional experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in a related customer service, project management, sales, or administrative role (preferably in manufacturing).
- **Education**:Minimum high school diploma (DEP/DEC or bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, sales, or a related field is a definite asset).

**What you need to be good at**:

- **Basics of business and administration**: Do you understand the general process an order goes through? Can you relate profit and cost?
- **Customer service**: Do you know how to satisfy customers? Can you meet quality standards? Can you problem-solve with confidence?
- **Time management, multitasking, and organising**: Can you effectively prioritise work demands? Are you able to meet deadlines without panicking?
- **Attending to details**:Can you keep accurate records? Are you good at maintaining consistency in your customer responses? Do you spot errors quickly?
- **Communication**: Are you professional and tactful? Do you know how to write clearly and well?
- **Canadian languages**:Can you communicate in French and English on a professional level, both speaking and writing?
- **MS Office Suite**: Are you confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook?
- **Manufacturing and sales ERP software**:Are you comfortable with manufacturing and sales ERPs? Do you have experience with Syspro?
