Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading construction company based in Toronto, ON. We are currently hiring for an Office Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract, which has the possibility of an extension. This candidate will be required to work in-office 5 days per week.

Your new role

  • Maintain telecommunication program (service, hardware & monthly reports for cell phones).
  • Oversee Stationery ordering program.
  • Order, receive and maintain general office supplies.
  • Primary contact for cleaning services.
  • Maintain kitchen and other general areas.
  • Conduct or coordinate general repairs of office facility and equipment.
  • Replenish printer, copiers and fax machines with paper and toner.
  • Oversee all internal office moves.
  • Carry out external errands as required.
  • Receive and stock all office deliveries.
  • Assist in maintaining vehicle repair and maintenance schedule.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Post secondary education in office/administration field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of directly related experience in an office setting.
  • Strong software skills and knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
