Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the senior executive's schedule, including organizing important meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Prepare, review, and refine crucial documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential communications and ensure the smooth running of the senior executive's office.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, managing sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in preparing analytical reports and undertaking various administrative tasks.
  • Streamline office management procedures, including the coordination of events and management of executive expenses.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Bilingual, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building rapport.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing competing priorities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern office technologies.
  • A strong ethical stance on confidentiality and discretion.

Responsabilités Clés :
  • Gérer et coordonner l'emploi du temps de l'exécutif senior, y compris l'organisation de réunions importantes, de déplacements et de rendez-vous.
  • Agir en tant que principal point de contact pour les parties prenantes internes et externes, en démontrant de solides compétences en communication.
  • Préparer, réviser et affiner des documents, rapports et présentations cruciaux, en assurant l'exactitude et le souci du détail.
  • Gérer les communications confidentielles et assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau de l'exécutif senior.
  • Maintenir un système de classement organisé, gérant les informations sensibles avec la plus grande discrétion.
  • Aider à la préparation de rapports analytiques et à la réalisation de diverses tâches administratives.
  • Rationaliser les procédures de gestion de bureau, y compris la coordination d'événements et la gestion des dépenses exécutives.
Qualifications :
  • Diplôme en Administration des Affaires, ou un domaine connexe, avec un solide dossier académique.
  • Expérience démontrée dans un rôle d'Assistant(e) Exécutif(ve), de préférence au sein d'une institution financière de haut calibre.
  • Bilingue, compétences exceptionnelles en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, avec un talent pour établir des relations.
  • Compétences avancées en organisation et multitâche, capable de gérer des priorités concurrentes.
  • Haute maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des technologies de bureau modernes.
  • Une forte éthique en matière de confidentialité et de discrétion.
