- # 1 is the position Sandoz Canada will strive to achieve in the Bio-Generic market by 2025. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing general administrative operational tasks for the Vice-President Customer Engagement Retail channel and the Directors in the team.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Create, manage and track purchase orders (PO)
- Track and manage all invoices (PO and non-PO related)
- Document spending activities in collaboration with the respective budget owners (VP & Directors)
- Prepare all relevant meeting documentation, including meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Support with monthly expense reports as well as any travel arrangements needed
- Updating some dashboards (Sales & Marketing related )
- Complete and correct at times Power Point presentations or internal communications to the sales team

**Minimum Requirements**:
- 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant
- Detail oriented and speed of execution
- Solid at planning large events (National Sales Meeting or Customer events )
- Ease of working with multiple software ( Power Point, Words and Excel )
- Sense of organization and autonomy
- Priority management, multi-tasking and flexibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
