We are a dynamic organization focused on growth and innovation across multiple lines of business. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional as Senior Sales Executive of HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll who will be responsible for new business development, and hiring, managing, and scaling a sales team. The successful candidate’s leadership will be an integral part of this division’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities that achieve business outcomes for our customers.
  • Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for prospects.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of HCM/Payroll competitors and the industry in general.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert across the entire platform and educate sales teams on all HCM products and services.
  • Work closely with all sales teams to ensure collaboration and communication.
  • Partner with marketing to create and manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
  • Hire, manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed company objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to help us expand our market presence.
  • Strategize how to position Fuze HR against the competitor ecosystem.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the President.
  • Monitor sales performance: activities, pipelines, and monthly forecasts.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions to small, medium and/or large businesses.
  • Must have worked as and be passionate as a Sales Hunter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while keeping up with changing priorities.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strategic mindset and ability work proactively and autonomously.
  • An aptitude for working cross-functionally with others
