En tant que Gestionnaire des Relations Territoriales chez Inkeros, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans notre programme d'événements, en sécurisant des lieux, en optimisant la performance des événements et en favorisant des relations durables avec les partenaires de lieux. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui incarne nos valeurs fondamentales, en particulier un haut niveau d'ambition, et sait comment se donner à fond pour nous aider à évoluer rapidement et efficacement.

Quels seraient les principales responsabilités?

Réservation des Événements/Bâtiments:

Effectuer un minimum de 20 visites de bâtiments par jour pour sécuriser des réservations d'événements pour les équipes de vente.

Atteindre un objectif minimum de 16 réservations par mois avec des événements de base, des condos ou des appartements.

Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion immobilière pour finaliser les contrats et planifier les visites sur site.

Exécuter des évaluations post-événements approfondies pour évaluer la pertinence du lieu pour les événements futurs.

Naviguer à travers les objections des clients potentiels et établir des relations avec des personnalités diverses.

Rester motivé et résilient face au rejet, en tirant parti des défis comme des opportunités de croissance.

Performance des Événements:

Gérer la logistique des événements, y compris les visites sur place, la fourniture de ressources et les activités promotionnelles.

Fournir des rapports détaillés sur l'entonnoir de vente et des stratégies de réinscription à la direction.

Avoir un minimum de 8 événements atteignant/dépassant les objectifs de performance des ventes dans un mois.

Résoudre rapidement et efficacement les défis techniques pendant les événements.

Diriger les processus post-événements, y compris la collecte de feedback et la réconciliation avec les partenaires de lieux et les équipes de vente.

Maintien des Relations:

Cultiver de solides relations avec les propriétaires de lieux et les équipes de gestion immobilière.

Gérer les objections et les défis avec professionnalisme et tact, en garantissant des résultats positifs.

Favoriser une communication ouverte et une collaboration avec la direction interne pour des opérations rationalisées.
