**Job Summary**:

- TSR is expected to be the point of contact on behalf of Henry for the contracting, distribution, and design communities.
- TSR will be responsible for managing the authorized Henry Company Distributors. Part of that includes making frequent stops at key branch location and the responsibility to train distributor personal.
- TSR will be responsible for actively recruiting and training potential new authorized contractors in the territory.
- With the help of Salesforce and Construct Connect Reports; TSR will actively track projects from the design phase through the close of sale for Henry Company. TSR will be asked to provide market report / project tracking updates to the Territory Manager.
- Focus will be on waterproofing, air barriers and traffic coatings in the Eastern Ontario market

**Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge**:

- The ideal TSR will have a strong building technology and construction background, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and to foster strong customer relationships is required.
- Demonstrated experience and accreditation in an associated discipline is an asset.

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline/experience.
