L’objectif de ce poste est d’atteindre les objectifs de croissance des ventes et de BAIIA dans le territoire géographique défini. Le directeur des ventes du territoire gérera directement les principaux comptes du territoire et poursuivra activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales tout en gérant une équipe de représentant des ventes de Te chnical.

**Devoirs et responsabilités**:

- Activités de vente directes sur le territoire pour atteindre une croissance rentable continue des ventes en développant et en gérant un plan de vente de territoire.
- Développer un plan de territoire individuel axé sur les segments clés du marché tout en dirigeant et en gérant des initiatives clés du personnel de vente à rapports directs.
- Aider à l’élaboration et au soutien des principaux comptes nationaux situés dans le territoire.
- Renforcez la crédibilité du territoire en soutenant les représentants des ventes dans leur présentation des produits aux clients actuels et potentiels.
- Fournir un support aux clients pour assurer une spécification et une livraison efficaces des systèmes.
- Définissez et exécutez des objectifs stratégiques, y compris les lancements de produits et l’accent mis sur les ventes spécifiques au territoire / produit.
- Soutenir les initiatives stratégiques de l’entreprise, y compris le développement de nouveaux produits, les programmes de marketing et les activités de Carlisle Operating Systems (COS).
- Communiquer l’activité de vente du territoire et l’activité du marché du territoire.
- Représenter l’entreprise dans des organisations professionnelles et des événements.

**Conditions de travail**:

- Les heures d’ouverture sont du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 17h00. Les heures d’ouverture sont sujettes à changement en raison du voyage.
