Position Overview: They are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join the expanding sales team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, a drive for success, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive business development efforts.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase their technology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Travel within Ontario to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, with a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Driven, hungry, confident, and personable with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel within Ontario to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Uncapped commissions with a ton of opportunities for financial and career growth.
  • Bilingual proficiency is considered a strong asset.
