As a Customer Service Agent for our call centres, you’ll support our clients with their financing needs including personal loans, lines of credit and mortgages. Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
Help clients use our banking applications
Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. We work together to help our clients and your colleagues achieve their goals. We know we can count on our colleagues to share knowledge and help one another.
You’ll start with a training program lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Your on-the-job training will focus on learning how to help clients over the phone, and you'll be supported by a trainer.
