MAKE UP FOR EVER recherche un stagiaire motivé en ventes et marketing pour rejoindre l'équipe canadienn notre bureau de Montréal. Relevant des coordinateurs des ventes et du marketing , ce rôle vous permettra de contribuer et de soutenir une équipe dynamique de ventes et de marketing.Si vous recherchez une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur de la beauté, ce poste offre une expérience de travail pratique significative au sein d'une équipe très dynamique.Ce stage d'été commence le 4 juin 2024 et se termine le 13 septembre 2024.

  • Update/manage event trackers
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour soutenir l'équipe canadienne des ventes sur le terrain et du marketing
  • Aider le coordinateur marketing dans les tâches opérationnelles pour le lancement des activations 360
  • Assister aux présentations et réunions marketing
  • Rassembler les ressources numériques pour les partenaires de commerce électronique
  • Aider à l'analyse concurrentielle en utilisant des outils logiciels commerciaux pour créer des rapports/présentations
  • Mettre à jour/gérer les tableurs des événements
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les tableurs des commandes, l'inventaire marketing
  • Aider le coordinateur des ventes dans la coordination logistique des événements
  • Tâches de bureau : préparer et expédier les besoins événementiels aux membres du terrain et aux points de vente Sephora.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment PowerPoint et Excel
  • Organisé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail
  • Capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide
  • Junior ou Senior en hausse poursuivant un baccalauréat
