What to expect: Reporting to our HR Manager, Compliance & Compensation, the HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for multiple crucial aspects of the HR experience at Broadsign. The HR Operations Coordinator should hold the HR team together by proactively problem solving, improving our processes, and ensuring everyday operations run smoothly. You will excel in this role if you are proactive, have excellent attention to detail and want to touch many areas of Human Resources.

Experience working in an administrative role, or a similar position
Excellent communication skills (in english & french), both written and verbal
An interest in building an engaging company culture through planning various activities

Own the process tracking obligations of the 1% training law (i.e. creating training plans and maintaining an accurate log of eligible trainings)
Efficiently and accurately completing various administrative tasks across the HR department
Assisting our recruitment team with various administrative duties
Participating in our employee committees (our social committee, social responsibility committee, DEIB committee)
Compiling and preparing HR-related reports as needed
Support the Payroll & Benefits Specialist to ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately for Broadsigners worldwide
Improvement and automation of processes and tasks where possible
Assisting with requirements for l’Office québécois de la langue française

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.

Sous la responsabilité de notre Responsable RH, Conformité et Rémunération, le (la) Coordinateur(trice) des opérations RH sera responsable de plusieurs aspects cruciaux de l'expérience RH chez Broadsign. Le(la)coordinateur(trice) des opérations RH doit assurer la cohésion de l'équipe RH en résolvant les problèmes de manière proactive, en améliorant nos processus et en veillant à ce que les opérations quotidiennes se déroulent sans heurts. Vous excellerez dans ce rôle si vous êtes proactif, si vous avez un excellent sens du détail et si vous souhaitez toucher à de nombreux domaines des ressources humaines.

Bien entendu, si ce poste vous correspond, vous êtes quelqu'un qui possède les qualités suivantes:
une expérience dans un rôle administratif ou un poste similaire
d'excellentes compétences en communication (en anglais et en français), tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
un intérêt pour la création d'une culture d'entreprise attrayante par la planification de diverses activités.

S'approprier les obligations de suivi des processus de la loi sur le 1% de formation (c'est-à-dire créer des plans de formation et tenir un registre précis des formations éligibles).
Effectuer de manière efficace et précise diverses tâches administratives au sein du département RH
Assister notre équipe de recrutement dans diverses tâches administratives
Participer aux comités d'employés (comité social, comité de responsabilité sociale, comité DEIB).
Compilation et préparation de rapports relatifs aux ressources humaines, le cas échéant
Soutenir le spécialiste de la paie et des avantages sociaux afin de s'assurer que la paie est traitée en temps voulu et avec précision pour les Broadsigners du monde entier.
Aider à répondre aux exigences de l'Office québécois de la langue française.

Une formation en français est offerte à tout titulaire d’un poste permanent au Québec qui ne possède pas une bonne connaissance du français. La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les collègues, les clients et les partenaires (ou les fournisseurs) situés à l’extérieur du Québec, et de comprendre la documentation technique et scientifique disponible dans le domaine de notre industrie.
