We are committed to safety education and awareness and actively participate in industry safety and standards panels.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager at I-Gard Corporation in Mississauga, ON. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and aligning the needs of key accounts with the solutions offered by I-Gard.Specifically the Key Account Manager will be directly responsible for managing the relationship between I-Gard and several multi-site large accounts who operate both in Canada and the US, as well as directly supporting a number of our US based manufacturer representatives.QualificationsAnalytical skills and business planningFormal training in key account management such as Large Account Management or Strategic Selling.Previous experience in managing multi-site, multi-national manufacturing accounts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as outstanding customer service attributes.Familiarity with electrical safety products or the electrical industryBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or in business but with a minimum of 5 years of electrical product sales.Compensation:The salary range is $95k - $120k depending on the relevant experience of the candidate and the level of support and training required.The upper range will be restricted to applicants with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience selling technical or safety products to large accounts, formally trained in large account management and with established relationships that provide value to I-Gard.The position is subject to an annual performance bonus that can pay as much as 40% of base salary plus full medical and matching RRSP plan.
