Key Account Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, driving business growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Duties**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
