**What Will You Do**

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering profit, share, and revenue targets for a specific account(s). You will drive engagement with customers in order to grow long-term, strategic relationships. You will also be heavily integrated with internal cross-functional teams in order to create market leading business plans.

**Primary Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Develop strategic joint business plans with your customer (score carding results and delivering quick resolution to opportunities and issues) in order to deliver on sales targets.
- Contribute to overall strategic planning and delivery of retail sales team objectives
- Strong account penetration with the development of long-lasting customer relationships
- Manage budgets, forecasts, promotional planning and costing
- Provide timely competitive insights to the team
- Manage weekly product forecast by model by account and ensure inventory forecast matches promotional calendar by account
- Must be able to analyze and provide feedback on weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast numbers by category by model
- Work with team administrator to design customer trade shows (work trade show events)
- Provide an energized and engaged perspective that enables the growth of the total retail sales team

**What You Will Bring**
- 2-5 years of sales experience
- Must be highly self-motivated, energetic, passionate and capable of team/independent work
- Strong analytical & forecasting ability
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proven track record in meeting plan objectives & goals
- Must be capable of planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple projects
- Understanding of key financial metrics
- Flexible schedule to accommodate travel and customer requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in execution
- Valid Driver’s License
- High Level Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
