We strive to give our customers the best experience consistently by providing education, creative solutions and building lasting relationships.You have a strong track record of driving results and closing salesYou’re highly organized and goal-orientedYou have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failuresYou love getting to know new people and helping them provide better experiences for their membersYou value strong teamwork and collaborationResponsibilitiesWorking through the full sales cycle with each customerHandle customer communications, either written or verbally, to include sales transactions, general product information, order modifications, pricing, availability, shipping information, return requests and issue resolutions.You will be required to answer incoming calls and chats in a professional, friendly, and positive manner to assist with general questions, place orders, and update order statuses.Update/enter new customer information into the contact database (CRM) and assign tasksCreating and following up with sales quotesMaking outbound calls to maintain customer relationships and follow new leadsMultitasking to complete your daily tasks while connecting with customers via email, live chat, and telephone communicationsBeing able to prioritize duties as needed to meet deadlinesBe willing to consistently sharpen your product knowledge skills of what we offerFacilitates and prioritizes rush requests from the customer and internal staffUpdate shipment tracking information through online stores and marketplacesVerify order accuracy for new and existing transactionsSpot growth opportunities in our industry and provide feedback to managementFrequent tasks require teamwork but can work independently without supervisionOther office duties and special projects as requiredSkill/Experience Requirements2+ years of sales experience within an eCommerce environmentA strong understanding of the sales cycle, start to finishCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experienceComfortable using web-based programsExcellent attention to detail, highly organizedTechnology proficient (emphasis on MS Outlook and Excel)Employs strong multitasking and time management skills and possess the ability to meet tight deadlinesA positive can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial flareStrong ability to work under pressure and resolve customer issues and questions quicklyStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills
