Senior Level Hands-on, VIP White‑Glove Support Technologist Contract role…Toronto based, Hybrid TRULY AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY WITH A CANADIAN INDUSTRY LEADER Critical Core Skills/Expertise YOU BRING YOUR PROVEN ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: Providing high-touch proactive personalized support & preparation — Monitor upcoming app/hardware changes, potentially gate and pilot updates, communicate clearly so transitions are smooth. Including a simple “first-to-know” channel for the CEO, inclusive of piloting changes on the tech partner’s own devices ahead of executive rollout. Quick, reliable, and reactive responses SENIOR support Strategic partnership— with executives and VIP’s, elite discretion/communication. Excellent executive/C‑suite support expertise in high‑pressure, public‑facing environments Device Management - Key senior person to diagnoses/ fixes issues end‑to‑end (not a go-between). pragmatic automation/scripting, reducing recurring issues. Effective communication required. Piloting updates, documenting fixes, and coordinating with security/IT to prevent regressions Problem resolution - Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, iOS, Teams/AV solutions. Mobile phones (iPhone/android) Hands‑on track record with endpoint & MDM (Intune, Jamf), Enhance IT systems for sustainable, systemic fixes Act as a “mirror” to internal IT group, identifying root causes, build lightweight knowledge bases/runbooks. Drive durable improvements (backup devices, redundancy strategies, cleaner update paths).
