We're hiring an Executive Support / White-Glove Desktop Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment in downtown Toronto. This is a full-time,
onsite-only role (5 days per week, no exceptions)
supporting senior leaders, executives, and business users who require a high-touch, highly professional technology support experience.
We're looking for someone polished, friendly, proactive, and resourceful—someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction and takes full ownership of resolving issues, rather than simply logging tickets. This role is ideal for candidates who have supported large corporate or global organizations and who can confidently represent IT at an executive level.
What you'll do
Provide white-glove, in-person technical support for executives and office employees
Deliver fast, proactive Tier 1–2 support for Windows, Office 365, Teams, mobile devices
Support AV, meeting room equipment, and live presentations
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate when appropriate
Log and track work in an ITSM tool (ServiceNow or similar)
Configure and maintain laptops, workstations, and mobile devices
Collaborate with remote IT teams across multiple regions
Maintain a polished, friendly, and professional presence as the onsite face of IT
What you bring
5+ years of desktop support experience in a
large enterprise or global organization
Experience supporting executives or high-profile users
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience with desktop imaging and asset management
Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems
Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service instincts
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment
Must be able to work
onsite 5 days per week
in downtown Toronto (no remote days)
Nice to have
Experience supporting AV / meeting-room technology
CompTIA A+ or other related certifications
Experience in high-volume or fast-paced enterprise environments
Comfort training or assisting users one-on-one
