Excellent executive/C suite support expertise in high pressure, public facing environmentsDevice Management - Key senior person to diagnoses/ fixes issues end to end (not a go-between). pragmatic automation/scripting, reducing recurring issues.Effective communication required. Piloting updates, documenting fixes, and coordinating with security/IT to prevent regressionsProblem resolution - Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, iOS, Teams/AV solutions. Mobile phones (iPhone/android)Hands on track record with endpoint & MDM (Intune, Jamf),Enhance IT systems for sustainable, systemic fixesAct as a "mirror" to internal IT group, identifying root causes, build lightweight knowledge bases/runbooks.
