**Overview*
We are seeking a highly professional and polished
*White Glove Elite Security Concierge
to join our team at a luxury residential site. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, an elevated concierge presence, and a minimum of
5 years of elite concierge or front-of-house experience
. The Security Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors while ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of everyone on-site. This position blends premium hospitality with advanced security awareness.

**RESPONSIBILITIES****

  • Deliver premium, white-glove concierge service to residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Monitor site access, verify identification, and manage visitor entry/exit.
  • Conduct routine patrols and oversee surveillance to ensure site safety.
  • Maintain strong visibility at designated posts and respond to security concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with security teams and site management via radio.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical and security incidents.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and shift reports accurately.
  • Protect property, assets, and sensitive areas from unauthorized access.
  • Uphold all safety protocols and ensure compliance across the site.

*REQUIREMENTS*

  • Minimum 5 years of elite concierge, luxury hospitality, or upscale front-of-house experience.
  • Prior security experience is an asset but not required if concierge background is exceptional.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
