The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the safety industry. This consultative sales role requires a blend of industry expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, with the ability to manage and shorten sales cycles through effective training and engagement.

Sales and Business Development:
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the safety industry.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with sales cycles typically ranging from 3 to 6 months, and the potential to reduce to 2 months with effective training.
Client Relationship Management:
Experience managing health and safety initiatives is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
