This is a full-time Business Development Manager - Broker Relations role with OZ Capital. As a Business Development Manager - Broker Relations, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing mortgage agents and brokers, and promoting OZ Capital's lending solutions. This is a hybrid role, based in Toronto with flexibility for some remote work.

Proven track record in business development
Knowledge of the mortgage industry and lending practices
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Experience with CRM software is a plus

Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, and industry professionals
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals
- Attending industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners
- Keeping up to date with Canadian mortgage industry regulations and policies
- Managing the sales pipeline and provide regular status updates to senior management

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the mortgage industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
