Are you the person we’re looking for?


You might be if :

  • You understand the sales process stages and are focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience throughout
  • You have the mindset of a hunter and a proven track record
  • You have a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in business development in technical sales
  • You are very comfortable with software, including Microsoft products and possibly Salesforce
  • You have good English skills in both verbal and written
  • You are available to travel as needed
  • You know the kitchen cabinet industry


What will your work week look like?


Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Proactively organizing and performing strategic sales development activities, prospecting strategy, finding new leads, and qualifying leads.
  • Documenting and tracking your activities in Salesforce
  • Organizing virtual software demonstration meetings with prospects
  • Preparing and presenting quotes for prospects and making the necessary follow-ups to conclude the sales process; negotiating and getting signed contracts
  • Respond to questions, comments, complaints or other needs of clients and prospects
  • Working with marketing to coordinate seminars and workshops within your territory
  • Representing Planit at industry events and trade shows
  • Attending the annual company retreat in person
  • Attending training events
