We are growing and are therefore looking for more experts to join us on our journey. We are expanding our Canadian team and looking for Consultants with knowledge and project experience in OpenText ECM and xECM.

Your responsibilities

The Senior OpenText Consultant will work as part of our ECM team to deliver on key projects. As a Turnpikes consultant, you are a self-starter, able to take the lead and work with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, from both the business and IT side of our customers, in delivering agreed-upon solutions. You are a team player who will support both your local Canadian team as well as the wider Turnpikes group.

We require a seasoned consultant who is comfortable in the role of business analyst, gathering requirements, conducting workshops and creating functional and technical specifications and solution designs. You can support our sales process in a pre-sales capacity and are proficient in presenting our solutions to both C-class positions and end-users.

In your Technical role, you can rely on your knowledge and experience of the OpenText solutions in implementations, upgrades, configurations, integrations and developments.

Your qualifications & requirements

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of professional experience in implementing medium to complex OpenText ECM solutions.

We require a high level of competency and experience in OpenText Content Suite (xECM) within the following areas as a minimum:

• Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering
• Development skills including WebReports and WorkFlow
• Content Server installation, upgrade and configuration
• Designing and implementing Taxonomy, File-plans and Records Management
• Configuring Smart UI, Widgets & Facets
• xECM and Business Workspaces

Differentiating skills:

• xECM for Engineering
• xECM for SAP
• SAP Archiving and ABAP
• Development skills in Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, .NET, SQL

IMPORTANT: You are required to be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Residence. This position will be based in Calgary, Canada and you will be based in our Calgary downtown office.
