When you join the Digital team at Stingray, you join a fun, creative and energetic staff focused on providing winning strategies You will be leading our local sales teams and their clients, by helping to develop and manage digital advertising strategies across the province. Our goal is simple: we want to deliver the best digital solutions and the best experience to our clients (tough gig, huh?).
**_Your day-to-day _**:
- Responsible for assisting our sales teams in Alberta achieve their digital sales goals
- Function as an internal, and external digital marketing, and sales expert
- Coach and lead training sessions with sales teams
- Create strategic proposals in response to client RFP’s, while showcasing Stingray’s robust digital product suite
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop strong client relationships and identify digital growth opportunities within the province
- Ability to answer questions around campaign strategies, our digital solutions & their capabilities, and to help close the sale
- Use available resources to build case studies from strong campaigns that provide data, and industry insights from external research
- Comfortable selling: Programmatic Display/Video, Connected TV, DOOH, Social, Search, Podcast, YouTube, and Digital Audio solutions
**_Your qualifications _**:
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales, with a focus on Digital Advertising; or a related field
- Digital Marketing, Sales Training, Agency, or People Management experience is an asset
- Class-leading ability to support and motivate senior sales teams
- Must be detail oriented, deadline driven, and able to work independently
- Strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
