**The Opportunity**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industries, and partners within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, address concerns, and upsell additional products or services.
- Execute consultative sales strategies to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and gather insights for product improvement.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value our products bring to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and targets by consistently closing deals and maintaining a high level of sales activity.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions, customer details, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Continuously monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to sales management.

**Your Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent education and or work experience will also be considered).
- Some experience working in a sales or finance capacity within a dealership environment would be considered an asset.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and independent work style.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also thriving in a competitive sales atmosphere.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and listening skills.
- Exceptional time management skills, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Previous experience in the Automotive Warranty industry is an absolute plus.
- Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License and must provide current drivers abstract.
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home office location within dedicated sales territory.
