About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to take ownership of our data strategy and implementation. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing analytics platforms, providing actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. You'll collaborate across teams to support strategic decision-making and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Strategy & Implementation:
- Act as the primary expert in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), overseeing its implementation, configuration, and management.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of analytics setups and recommend optimization strategies to enhance data quality and tracking.
- Manage and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure robust and accurate tracking across platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including tracking specifications, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, marketing platforms, sales data) to provide a comprehensive view of performance.
Insights, Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to stakeholders across the organization.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Regularly present insights and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Optimization & Testing:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on A/B testing initiatives, providing data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate tracking of experiments and seamless measurement of results.
- Partner with marketing to iterate on campaigns and strategies based on data-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including implementation, configuration, and reporting.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with expertise in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms).
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing and managing tracking solutions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely) is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Google Analytics certifications or similar credentials (required).

- Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Sitecore will be advantageous.
