As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the strategic vision and roadmap for the ROV product portfolio, prioritizing product initiatives, collaborating with the engineering team, and working closely with sales to develop training materials and product information resources.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product roadmaps, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on potential impact, technical feasibility, and market demand, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to oversee the development process, ensuring product features meet specifications and deliver exceptional customer value.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in robotics, industrial equipment, marine technology, or a related industry.
