Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Contract)

Contract until May 2026, with the possibility of a permanent role.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives for major retail properties in Québec City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing pre-established marketing plans and ensuring the effective use of marketing tools and platforms to support the properties' strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the execution of annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate external partners, vendors, public relations, media buying, and digital/traditional media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and statistical data to assess marketing performance.
  • Organize and execute sales promotions, special events, and communication strategies.
  • Support public relations initiatives and track advertising performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and local organizations.
  • Execute corporate marketing programs and digital media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to develop marketing materials and support revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to marketing team members.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail and/or shopping center marketing or advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals, budget management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (French & English) required.
  • Ability to work in-office 5 days a week, with occasional evening and weekend flexibility.

Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire marketing dynamique pour exécuter les initiatives marketing de destinations commerciales majeures à Québec. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de mettre en œuvre les plans marketing préétablis et d'assurer l'utilisation efficace des outils et plateformes marketing pour soutenir les objectifs stratégiques des propriétés.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Mettre en œuvre et superviser l'exécution des plans et budgets marketing annuels.
  • Coordonner les partenaires externes, fournisseurs, relations publiques, achat média et campagnes numériques/traditionnelles.
  • Surveiller et analyser les ventes et les données statistiques pour évaluer la performance marketing.
  • Organiser et exécuter des promotions, événements spéciaux et stratégies de communication.
  • Soutenir les initiatives de relations publiques et suivre la performance publicitaire.
  • Maintenir des relations solides avec les détaillants et les organisations locales.
  • Exécuter les programmes marketing corporatifs et les initiatives numériques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de location pour développer du matériel promotionnel et soutenir les opportunités de revenus.
  • Offrir du coaching et des rétroactions aux membres de l'équipe marketing.

Profil recherché:

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, communications ou domaine connexe.
  • 3-5 ans d'expérience en marketing ou publicité dans le secteur du commerce de détail et/ou des centres commerciaux.
  • Solides connaissances en marketing, gestion budgétaire et analyse de données.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et leadership.
  • Expérience en coordination d'événements et gestion de projets dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Maîtrise du marketing numérique, des réseaux sociaux et de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en présentiel 5 jours par semaine, avec flexibilité pour des soirées et fins de semaine occasionnelles.
