Marketing Client Services Manager

**What you’ll do**:
- Work directly with clients as their account lead
- Create and oversee client strategy and campaign success
- Write simple, effective copy
- Research targets with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hold kick-off calls, check-in calls, and strategy calls
- Work with and assign tasks to the operations team
- Oversee execution and QA to ensure 100% error-free rate
- Ensure client happiness, success, and retention
**Requirements**:
- B2B marketing experience and/or an understanding of b2b personas and marketing segmentation (titles, seniority, industries, departments etc).
- Account management experience. You can juggle multiple projects at once. You’re personable and comfortable holding your own on video calls with clients.
- You take ownership of your work and you don’t wait for a task to be assigned. Instead, you look for opportunities and always look for ways to go above and beyond. You’re extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing. You’ve used CRM and marketing tools, created campaigns, and reported on the insights.
- Charismatic, friendly, responsive: Loves talking to people, flawless written and spoken English

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
