GPA is a manufacturer’s representative, which means we provide technical advice, equipment selections, and system integration for the wide range of heating and air conditioning products that we sell.

Today, GPA has expanded the product offering, opened a warehouse, added a London branch, and started GPA Factory Service Inc., a new division providing start up and maintenance capabilities for the products we represent.

**The Position**

We’re seeking a professional with an engineering degree, preferably mechanical, looking for a full time position. Your primary goal in this role will be to provide exceptional service to our client’s. Sometimes you’ll feel like a project manager, and others a consulting engineer.

A typical day for you will look a lot like this: the Company receives a bid and you jump into action, participating in the design, selection, costing and pricing of projects, followed by project management of successful bids. You’ll learn about all facets of the HVAC and construction industries - from design and supply through to successful start-up and commissioning.

You will be part of a young and energetic team of Professional Engineers, graduate engineers, and all eager to assist you in learning the ropes. The type of work you will be doing qualifies as engineering experience as required for a Professional Engineers designation.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
- HVAC experience an asset
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role an asset
- Travel to job sites will be required, so a valid driver's license is a necessity.
- Ability to travel in the USA and Canada for training at various manufacturing facilities

**Compensation**

This full time position is located in our Markham office, reporting to the sales manager. Salary for this role is competitive, commensurate with experience, with flexibility for exceptionally qualified applicants.

On top of salary, compensation also includes paid vacation, and an attractive benefits package.
