**Job Description: Marketing Manager - In2ition Realty**
In2ition Realty is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Marketing Manager** to oversee our company’s branding, marketing strategies, and promotional activities. This role is integral to shaping the perception of our brand and delivering impactful marketing solutions for both our organization and external clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Management**: Oversee the development, implementation, and consistency of the In2ition Realty brand across all channels and platforms.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives, including campaigns for real estate developments and external client projects.
- **Content Development**: Manage the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, digital ads, and video production.
- **Client Services**: Collaborate with external clients to develop tailored marketing strategies that enhance their projects and achieve business goals.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute promotional events, launches, and other marketing initiatives for both In2ition Realty and external clients.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, lead, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver innovative and results-driven campaigns.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- **Vendor and Partner Coordination**: Manage relationships with agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite).
