Full-time permanent position
Salary is $80-120K base + uncapped commissions.
Our mid-size Oil & Gas industry client is looking for a Business Development Representative on a full-time permanent basis.This position will require working a hybrid office environment in Calgary, AB.
This position will be responsible for growing the territory and increasing market share through cold calling and building new business relationships. Candidates should have 4-6 years’ experience in an outside sales position within the Oil & Gas industry. We need a true hunter that is comfortable making cold calls and being the Account Manager for key accounts you bring in.
We are looking for a candidate with an upbeat energy, pays attention to details, can navigate conversations with smart knowledgeable people and can cold call. You need a willingness to learn, strong listening skills, willing to challenge the norm to improve and willing to make cold calls. If you meet all the must have requirements below, please apply today
Requirements:
- 4-6 years’ experience in a Senior Outside Sales role.
- Must have Oil & Gas Industry, Pipe Integrity or Pipeline experience.
- Experience with professional sales systems like Sandler, SPIN or Miller Heman.
- Post Secondary degree preferred.
- Must be willing to complete a Predictive Index test as part of the hiring process.
