Role Summary:
As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in planning, developing, implementing, and managing lead generation strategies for Thrive’s brands. You will leverage your expertise to stay ahead of industry trends while mentoring and managing a team of strategists to ensure the success of our digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing organic and paid strategies to meet lead goals
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets and review P&Ls
- Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Set up and manage website analytics and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create funnels, optimize user experience, run CRO tests and improve conversion rates.
- Managing the creation of site, blog and long-form content for our portfolio of websites.
- Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion) to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Managing and improving organic rankings and leads.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, then implement those strategies.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
How Success Will Be Measured:
Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) goals for Thrive and its brands. Daily lead tracking against monthly goals will be critical, along with maintaining a healthy budget surplus to keep the cost per lead within an acceptable range.
Monthly Campaign Evaluation and Reporting:
You will monitor, evaluate, and adjust strategies based on campaign results, setting goals for the following month based on analysis. You’ll provide feedback and highlight key progress areas to align with lead generation goals.
Staff Leadership, Development, and Training:
As a Manager, you’ll guide and develop your team, offering technical training and daily support. You will also ensure the effective use of Thrive’s management tools to maximize overall job performance.
