Timebomb Trading Inc./FBOMB Trading Inc. is a wholesale distribution company located in the Market Crossing area of South Burnaby BC, looking for a full-time, seasonal, in-office “Customer Service / Office Administrator” to begin work in August 2024. We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to communicate with effectiveness, patience, and kindness, and interested in fashion from streetwear/lifestyle to outdoor clothing to everything in-between.

General duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Fulfilling, maintaining and communicating customer service requests for through email and phone
  • Processing, updating, and maintaining customer orders
  • Contacting customers for order shipment approval
  • Processing invoices and credit memos with accuracy
  • Calculating, collecting and processing payments
  • Keeping detailed records of actions taken
  • Creating and updating the customer information database
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with the company’s customers and sales reps
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure efficiency and timeliness
  • Other administrative or operations assistance

 

Experience & Skills Needed:

  • 2+ years in a customer service role
  • Strong typing/word processing skills
  • Ability to handle a wide range of administrative support-related tasks
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and more
  • Strong ability to multitask, establish priorities and work under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
